These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pokewee Discord bot, website, and related services. By using Pokewee, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be allowed to use Discord under Discord's Terms of Service and applicable laws. If you are not allowed to use Discord, you may not use Pokewee.

Account and Gameplay

Pokewee creates gameplay data linked to your Discord account when you start playing. You are responsible for activity performed through your Discord account.

  • Do not abuse, exploit, or intentionally break bot systems.
  • Do not use unauthorized automation, macros, self-bots, or scripts to play the game.
  • Do not use multiple accounts to farm rewards, manipulate markets, bypass limits, or gain unfair advantages.
  • Do not trade, sell, or buy Pokewee accounts, virtual items, coins, Pokemon, or rewards for real-world money unless explicitly authorized.

Virtual Items

Pokewee items, coins, Pokemon, premium perks, rewards, and other virtual content are part of the game experience only. They do not represent real-world money, property, or transferable ownership rights.

Premium and Supporter Benefits

Premium or supporter benefits may be provided through supported platforms such as Patreon or Discord roles. Benefits may change over time for balancing, technical, operational, or policy reasons.

Rules Enforcement

We may warn, restrict, suspend, reset, or ban accounts that violate these terms, abuse the bot, exploit bugs, attempt to bypass anti-cheat systems, or harm the community. We may also reverse suspicious trades, market activity, or rewards.

Availability

Pokewee is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, bug-free operation, permanent availability of features, or preservation of all gameplay data in every circumstance.

User Content and Conduct

You must follow Discord's Terms of Service, Discord Community Guidelines, and the rules of any server where Pokewee is used. Do not use Pokewee to harass, spam, scam, or violate the rights of others.

Changes to the Service

We may update, rebalance, add, remove, or disable features at any time. This includes commands, rewards, rates, items, market rules, premium benefits, and anti-cheat systems.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pokewee and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service when the bot, website, rules, or legal requirements change. Updates will be posted on this page and may also be announced through the official support server.

Akun dan Gameplay

Pokewee membuat data gameplay yang terhubung ke akun Discord-mu saat kamu mulai bermain. Kamu bertanggung jawab atas aktivitas yang dilakukan melalui akun Discord-mu.

  • Jangan menyalahgunakan, mengeksploitasi, atau dengan sengaja merusak sistem bot.
  • Jangan menggunakan automation, macro, self-bot, atau script tidak resmi untuk bermain.
  • Jangan menggunakan banyak akun untuk farming reward, manipulasi market, melewati limit, atau mendapatkan keuntungan tidak adil.
  • Jangan memperjualbelikan akun Pokewee, item virtual, koin, Pokemon, atau reward dengan uang nyata kecuali secara eksplisit diizinkan.

Item Virtual

Item, koin, Pokemon, benefit premium, reward, dan konten virtual lain di Pokewee hanya merupakan bagian dari pengalaman game. Semua itu tidak mewakili uang nyata, properti, atau hak kepemilikan yang dapat dipindahtangankan.

Premium dan Benefit Supporter

Benefit premium atau supporter dapat diberikan melalui platform yang didukung seperti Patreon atau role Discord. Benefit dapat berubah dari waktu ke waktu karena balancing, alasan teknis, operasional, atau kebijakan.

Penegakan Aturan

Konten dan Perilaku Pengguna

Kamu harus mengikuti Ketentuan Layanan Discord, Pedoman Komunitas Discord, dan aturan server tempat Pokewee digunakan. Jangan menggunakan Pokewee untuk melecehkan, spam, menipu, atau melanggar hak orang lain.

Perubahan Layanan

Kami dapat memperbarui, menyeimbangkan ulang, menambah, menghapus, atau menonaktifkan fitur kapan saja. Ini termasuk command, reward, rate, item, aturan market, benefit premium, dan sistem anti-cheat.

Batasan Tanggung Jawab

Sejauh diizinkan oleh hukum, Pokewee dan operatornya tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian tidak langsung, insidental, khusus, konsekuensial, atau punitif yang timbul dari penggunaan layanan.
